APPLY ON COMPANY SITEPearl is looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join a boutique creative agency working with multiple client brands. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity open to candidates in Latin America and the Philippines, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule based on PST hours.
The role is ideal for a creative professional who can combine strong graphic design skills with branding, web design and short-form video editing. You will become a senior creative anchor within a small agency team and work across several projects at the same time.
What You’ll Do:
The position is approximately 70% graphic design and 30% video editing. Your work will include creating complete brand identities, developing logos, colour systems, typography and brand guidelines, as well as designing websites and landing pages in Figma.
You will also create social media graphics, paid advertising creatives, brochures, billboards, campaign materials and other marketing assets. On the video side, you’ll edit short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn and create motion graphics using After Effects.
Requirements:
Applicants should have at least five years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or multi-client environment where they have managed several brands simultaneously.
A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, UI/UX design, web design and print work is required. Candidates should also have expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, along with strong Figma skills.
Excellent English communication is important because the role involves working directly with U.S.-based clients and agency leadership. Candidates based in the Philippines or other Asian time zones should also have 2–3+ years of night-shift experience. A reliable internet connection with at least 125 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download is required for large file transfers.
