ihateironing is hiring a Customer Care Associate – Remote (Night Shift) to join its growing customer service team. This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping customers.
The role is based remotely, with a required three-week training period in London. Travel and accommodation for the training period will be provided. The reported salary for the position is £32,000 per year, alongside additional benefits and potential bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers and making sure their experience with ihateironing remains consistently positive. Your duties will include handling 50+ customer calls per day, responding to complaints, troubleshooting issues and finding appropriate solutions.
You will also work closely with dry cleaners and drivers to help maintain smooth operations and ensure customers receive a reliable service. The position requires someone who can think quickly, work independently and remain professional when dealing with challenging situations.
Requirements:
Applicants should have at least two years of previous customer care experience. Strong organisation, punctuality, teamwork, professionalism and attention to detail are important for this position.
You should also be comfortable working additional hours or weekends when required and have the ability to take initiative when solving customer problems.
Work Schedule
The night shift runs:
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–1:00 AM UK time
- One Saturday every two weeks: 7:00 PM–12:00 AM
- When you work the Saturday shift, you receive a weekday off.
