The organisation is recruiting for its new Customer Services Team and is seeking suitably qualified, skilled and enthusiastic individuals for the Customer Services Assistant (Part-Time, 17.5 Hours) position.
The role is permanent and part-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The advertised salary is £24,545 per year pro rata. The official myjobscotland listing identifies the position as hybrid.
About the Role:
The Customer Services Assistant will report directly to the Tenant Engagement & Communication Officer for matters associated with frontline customer services.
The successful candidate will play an important role in responding to customer enquiries, supporting departments across the Association with administration and contributing to customer service targets and performance measures.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Services Assistant will:
Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries to the Association.
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and provide an effective customer service.
Assist all departments of the Association with the delivery of an effective administration service.
Support the Customer Services Team with day-to-day administrative activities.
Contribute to achieving the targets and performance measures established by the Association in relation to customer service and the position.
Work as part of the new Customer Services Team to help maintain high standards of service to customers.
