About the Job
Reflex Media is looking for a Content Creator who can take ideas from concept to finished content — including storytelling, shooting, editing and publishing.
The role focuses on creating high-performing, social-first content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social channels.
The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-moving, trend-driven environment.

The Content Creator will own the full content pipeline, from developing ideas and storytelling to shooting, editing and publishing content.
What You'll Own
Key Responsibilities
Develop and create social-first content.
Concept, storyboard, shoot, edit and publish content independently.
Create Reels, TikToks, creator content, trend-driven videos and social campaigns.
Use captions, text treatments and platform-native video enhancements.
Use AI creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, Runway and Adobe Firefly.
Understand internet culture, memes, creator ecosystems and viral storytelling.
Develop performance-driven content strategies.
Collaborate with creative, growth, brand and product teams.
Manage fast content turnaround and multiple projects.
Travel when required for team meetings, shoots, company events and projects.
Provide occasional evening or weekend support during launches, events or major campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience growing brand social media accounts with measurable engagement or audience growth.
Experience with photography, lighting and mobile-first content production.
Familiarity with social analytics and performance reporting.
Experience in lifestyle, entertainment, dating or creator-focused brands.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
